This class is 45 minutes on the mat, doing exercises led by a registered physiotherapist that are designed specifically to improve your riding. Help with stability and mobility in the saddle. Everything is modifiable to account for injuries and recovery. Rebekah will walk around the room and correct technique as you go. Quiet music is on in the background to help you relax and focus in your movements. No need to bring a mat, we have everything you'll need. We're looking forward to seeing you!
